We are not a government agency, law firm, or the MWBE certification authority. We do not guarantee approval, certification, or any government outcome—final decisions are made solely by the issuing agency.

4. CERTIFYEASE’S ROLE
We provide administrative and document-preparation support, including:Helping you gather the information required for MWBE certificationPreparing required forms and supporting materialsSubmitting applications on your behalf when authorizedTracking certification progressAdvising on renewal timelinesWe do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or professional assurance of certification results.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees for services will be clearly stated before work begins. By purchasing our services, you agree to:Pay all fees when dueProvide accurate billing informationUnderstand that fees are nonrefundable once work begins, as our work involves time-based service deliveryIf you fail to pay, we may suspend or terminate services.
6. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOME
MWBE certification decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government agencies.
CertifyEase cannot and does not guarantee:Certification or approvalFaster processing by the governmentA specific outcomeSuccess of appeals or reapplicationsWe commit to providing high-quality administrative support, but the final decision is outside our control.
7. USER CONTENT AND DOCUMENTS
Any information, documents, or files you upload are considered “User Content.”
By providing User Content, you grant us permission to:Review and process your informationPrepare documentsSubmit applications on your behalf when authorizedCommunicate with government agencies as requiredWe do not claim ownership over your business documents.
